I got this nice simple bag in a charity shop today for £2. It doesn’t feel mass produced but I am not great with bags. Can somebody identify the brand/maker I can investigate.

• It’s unlined and has no label or tags inside. • The only markings are a small “cg” stamped near the bottom front, in a typewriter-style font. Plus the brown inner keychain on an orange strap. • It smells strongly of real leather and feels like high-quality pebbled leather. • The design is very simple and minimalist, slouchy but structured. 

I thought it might be Caroline Gardner at first but I don’t think so. Could it be from an independent leatherworker or a minimalist brand or is it mass produced. I like it either way although it doesn’t feel very secure as just has a magnet closure.
