I'd like to attempt to draw out a full body ref of this character but I'd like to know what style of dress this might be so I can work out what the rest would look like and potentially if she was designed with any particular nationality in mind. (The artist is Drew Wolf and the character is concept art for the proposal of introducing female classes into Team Fortress 2. If it helps the fashion thing, the game is set in 1968)
