im looking at wedding dresses (completely for fun) and ive absolutely fallen in love with this specific piece on dresses. problem is that i have NO idea what its called. it looks like it goes over the arms for an off-shoulder look as well. does anyone know what this is called? ive tried googling the photos and i find more dresses with it but none of them have the name of this. im not sure if this belongs on this subreddit but i couldnt find anywhere else to post it.
