My original inspiration is actually a lady wearing a red plaid dress in an old folk’s home!

It was a red plaid dress, cut just above the knee. The red was brighter than what’s in this picture, but the color in the picture is nice too. It’s surprisingly hard to find a similar dress online! I keep seeing ones with puffy sleeves, but I don’t want that. Just a simple, long sleeve, fit-and-flare dress with a plaid pattern.

If anyone can find this you’ll be my hero! Maybe I’ll just have to sew it myself.
