What type of sweatpants is this, where the hip part is wider and has a balloon shape, but isn’t tight at the ankles like barrel pants (or at least doesn’t LOOK tight)? where can I buy? Or does it only look like that because of the model’s body and editing?

Best not online shopping as it seems risky (may not fit well and you have to pay fee to return) and lots are low quality. In Canada by the way.
