Does anyone know what this type of sleeve is called/ where to get dresses with this type of sleeve? I hate the puffy sleeves and I have one dress with a sleeve like this but the fabric sucks. When I look up dresses with short sleeves it’s either too short or puffed. Sorry if this is the wrong place for this post
