These boots are worn by the character Windsong, in Reverse 1999. I'm looking for more information on what kinds of boots these are (a name for the style would be especially helpful; I'd guessed they might be "riding boots" maybe?) and if anyone already knows where to get boots very similar to these. They don't have to 100% match, but the closer the better. Thank you!
