One of the opening performers on The Game Awards wore this dazzling dress! The sparkles were multicolored and played so beautifully in the light! I tried Google lens, but since this is streaming live I'm guessing it's too soon? Also Googled "high neck black dress with tulle overlay and rainbow rhinestones" to no avail :(
