Hi everyone! I’m looking for this neckholder vest/top. It was originally my mom’s, I wore it in Nashville for the first time and when I came back from my trip it was no where to be found:/ I called and emailed all of these hotels but it was never found in any of the rooms…if someone might be willing to sell it or know the brand I’ve tried searching the internet but no luck:/ It wrap around the neck and so it is open in the upper back, I mom thought it was vintage forever 21
