As the title says. Took me half a second to realise I was full HP and it actually changed the course of the subsuquent fight quite a bit. Very weird bug.

As an aside also had a bug recently where we had fight in the jungle lvl 1 and I was playing Malphite went back to lane and my aura was killing minions and getting last hits without being anywhere near minions.
