I don't know what happened, but after updating my graphics card, my visual settings on league went whacky, porofessors timers are on the middle of my screen my game lags or stutters when I move my mouse to quick. it wasn't like this before the update. I've tried to set my settings to default and nothing works. here is a short video of what is going on. If anyone has any fixes to this please let me know, TIA
