Him and Ceo have been bantering back and forth since split 1, fueled by the former CBLOL vs LLA rivalry, regional rivalries, as well as the direct duel in the botlane, with both being ADCs.

Just to add some spice: paiN lost to Leviatán in a bo3 last split and Ceo was all over the place (as he should, we needed an wake up call). PLUS, as if it wasn't enough, Ceo's partner is ProDelta, former paiN Gaming support (also former Keyd support, and he was having his own revenge tour, beating all of his ex-teams and teammates)
