This is really the only video I have that isn't shit quality. Its an older video but I havent really improved or changed how ive been throwing. Ive been told there are things I could change but no one really tells or shows me much.

Right now Im not really in a place where I can play either, are there drills I can do at home to help me stay on top of my game?
