My 9 yr old son’s first baseball season

My son has been playing catch with neighbors kids for about a year and decided to play his very first fall ball this fall and wants to play LL in the spring. He’s been inspired by his good neighbor friends who bats left so he learnt to bat left (his right is his strong side). So he switch hits during the fall ball and did quite well on both sides. He then started pitching during fall ball season and he never had any pitching nor batting coach. We just play at public fields on weekends. Now he developed good 2 seam/4 seam fastball (low to mid 50mph is my guesses) and this video shows he tried breaking ball grip and I was surprised it got quite a movement there. I know I heard you are not supposed to do breaking ball this young but he just wants to try. I never played baseball so not sure how decent his form is. Any advises are appreciated!!
