Today's focus was getting kicks back fast and square, which was suggested on the last one.

A super quick one today, I got a pretty insane amount of feed back on the last one, which on one hand is great, but on the other Its too much for me to deal with at one time and some of it contradicts- like one person saying the punches are slow and the kicks good, and another saying the opposite. Obviously people are gonna have different opinions, but it gets tricky when I'm trying to work on the stuff people are suggesting. Regardless, thank you for all the feedback, it's very helpful ????
