From watching the video, I got: - Need(?) to Run up a bit more farther from the net - I flicked my wrist instead of getting a full swing motion (this may have been because I was too close to the net) - Elbows flared - Hands were closed and didnt hit the ball at the top half for better top spin - My jump height can use a lot of improvement (I used to be able to jump higher but gained a lot of weight)

This was technically the first time I was actually able to spike “properly” and I only got to fix my run up this day itself. I feel like my arm movements during the run up are ok (relatively).

Please, all advices and tips are welcome ???? Thank you
